Your evening begins with a cocktail reception where Chef Nancy Oakes will mingle with guests, followed by a four-course dinner with wines specially selected to enhance the flavor of each dish. A winner of a Best Chef: California James Beard Award in 2001, Chef Nancy Oakes blends traditional French culinary styles and traditions with regional American flavors to offer dishes that are recognizable and welcoming. Combined with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients, the courses at Boulevard may range from rustic to refined, yet always succeed at being flavorful and satisfying.
