Inside Access from Chase invites you to a vibrant evening of food, wine and conversation at Graffiato. Since it opened in June 2011, the restaurant has become known for its open ham bar and a large wood oven that encourages dialogue between guests and the culinary team. However, the main focal point at Graffiato is the cuisine. Chef Mike Isabella, a recent contestant on Top Chef and Top Chef All-Stars and Food & Wine's 2012 People's Best New Chef, combines his Italian-American background with his culinary training to produce a menu and ambiance that's anything but a traditional Italian Eatery. From hand-rolled pasta to artisanal pizzas, Chef Isabella prides himself on using the freshest seasonal produce procured from local farms and farmers markets.
Your evening will begin with a welcoming reception with Chef Isabella featuring signature cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Afterwards, you'll enjoy a private dinner featuring a special tasting menu custom designed by Chef Isabella along with paired wines. At the end of the evening, each guest will depart with a copy of the chef's latest cookbook, Mike Isabella's Crazy Good Italian. In the book, Chef shares recipes for everyday meals that appeal to the heart and the appetite, with a modern twist!
