Chef Timothy Hollingsworth will host this private event for United MileagePlus Cardmembers at Otium, his first solo restaurant in Los Angeles. Guests will be treated to a chef’s table experience in an outdoor weather-proof dining space that is anchored by Otium’s open-concept kitchen.
Otium quickly made an impact on the Los Angeles food scene with modern rustic cuisine and sustainable ingredients on a revolving seasonal menu. Chef Hollingsworth takes inspiration from cooking techniques found all around the world and sources local ingredients—some found in Otium’s onsite mezzanine garden—to create a farm-to-table dining experience with an haute cuisine slant. Hollingsworth traverses cultures and styles, resulting in both classical and innovative dishes. Whether it’s a buttery Arctic char drizzled with fresh lemon oil and roasted over a wood fire, a hearty Panzanella smoked over a Japanese donabe, or a decadent foie gras carefully paired with an airy funnel cake, Hollingsworth dazzles Otium’s guests with impeccable execution.
