World famous chef, author and restaurateur, Jean-Georges Vongerichten brings relaxed elegance to his West Village Perry St Restaurant which has been awarded three stars by the New York Times.
It was during Jean-Georges’ time in Asia that he developed his love for the exotic and aromatic flavors of the East. His signature cuisine abandons the traditional use of meat stocks and creams and instead features the intense flavors and textures from vegetable juices, fruit essences, light broths and herbal vinaigrettes.
Your private evening will begin with a cocktails and hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a five-course seasonal menu featuring some of Jean-Georges' favorite family dishes. Each course will be expertly paired with wines.
