Chef Michael Cimarusti will host this private evening beginning with a specialty cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a four-course dinner paired with wines.
An East Coast native, Chef Cimarusti will specially curate a menu inspired by his passion for local ingredients and his affinity for seafood that first emerged during childhood fishing expeditions with his grandfather. Guests will have an opportunity to meet and take photos with Chef Cimarusti throughout the evening.
Providence was featured as one of the “Top 50 Restaurants in the United States” by Gourmet magazine in 2006. Chef Cimarusti is completely dedicated to procuring the finest sustainable seafood—from regional coasts and international waters—and treats those ingredients with uncompromising respect and sophisticated technique. The restaurant recently debuted its décor update which offers a refreshed color palette with a soothing azure ombré effect across all walls lining the banquettes. Brass-capped feet adorn chairs upholstered in dark blue velvet and chandeliers are clad in driftwood. The dark blue carpeting mimics the ebb and flow of sand on the shore with an echoing pattern of blue.
